Reports

A report that shows its own sources.

The report is a view of the case record, generated from it rather than written alongside it. Every section names the records and timestamps it rests on, so a reader can check the conclusion instead of taking it on trust.

What is in it

Seven sections, in the order things actually happened.

The complaint as it was received, and the date awareness was recorded
Risk triage, including reported household vulnerability and the reasoning applied
Inspection evidence: photographs tied to the room and moment they describe
The monitoring dataset, with data completeness stated rather than assumed
A finding — condensation-related, building defect, mixed, or inconclusive
The actions proposed, their owners, and the deadline each one answers to
The written summary issued to the resident, and the date it went out

Monitoring evidence
Source records & timestamps

The report identifies the monitoring window, data completeness and sensor placement alongside the readings. Findings name the evidence they rest on; this preview does not represent a real property or dataset.

What it does not do

It reports the record. It does not certify compliance.

A generated document cannot guarantee that a legal duty has been met — that depends on what was actually done, and by when. What the report does is expose the source records and timestamps so the question can be answered honestly, in either direction.

The builder walks through cause, evidence and actions, with the document updating as you go.
