Sensor monitoring
Monitor indoor air, the affected surface and outdoor conditions to understand how the space behaves over time.
Our fully funded social programme
We fully fund 50 Safe Homes to help investigate damp and mould. We invite councils, housing associations and surveyors to take part and build a clearer picture of conditions in the homes they support.
What is included
Maple funds the programme so participating teams can record concerns, monitor affected spaces and bring the findings together without paying for the programme's kits and reports.
Monitor indoor air, the affected surface and outdoor conditions to understand how the space behaves over time.
Record the visible condition of the property and keep photographs alongside the investigation.
Bring monitoring, observations, communications and actions together in the case and its reports.
50 Safe Homes is our social programme. The workspace identifies this route as 50 Healthy Homes; kits and reports selected under it are shown as free.
Who can take part
Whether you manage homes, respond to residents or inspect properties, your participation can help turn a concern into an informed investigation.
Bring property information, monitoring and the investigation record together when responding to damp and mould concerns.
Give your teams a shared place to document conditions and review evidence alongside the actions taken for residents.
Use a visual record and monitored conditions to support your inspection and professional judgement.
Getting started

Record the property, the concern and when you became aware of it.
On the case’s Orders tab, select the 50 Healthy Homes participation route and choose the monitoring kit and rooms.
Place the sensors, document the property and use the case record to review the evidence and prepare reports.
If you are a council, housing association or surveyor, start an investigation and take part in our fully funded social programme.
